Q: Why do I need to create an account?

A: Having an account means that you can view your order history as well as order more quickly and easily next time. It also allows us to take your contact details in case we need to contact you about your order.

Q: Do you have a shop at your Head Office?

A: No, we have a showroom for trade customers only. Our Stockist Locator lists our current Rider stockists in the UK.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: You can return your items by post to our address and receive a refund within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, and you must have your receipt and/or delivery documents as proof of purchase. Please note that shoes purchased online can only be returned to Lunar House and will not be accepted at any retail outlet.

Q: Where do I send my returns to?

A: Please post your returns to us with an order number and reason for return to the address below:

GRS Footwear, Lunar House, 1 Easter Park, Baker Road, Nelson Park West, Cramlington, Northumberland NE23 1WQ.

Q: How long will it take for you to refund me?

A: We will process your refund once we have received your items. Please allow at least 14 days for the payment to be credited back to your account. 

Q: What currencies does this website accept?

A: We accept payments in GBP only. 

Q: Where are Riders made?

A: Rider sandals have been manufactured by Grendene in Brazil since the brand began in 1986. 

Q: Are Rider sandals eco-friendly?

A: Yes! Riders are recyclable, and often end up as playground materials after they’ve been loved into retirement. They are made from 30% recyclable materials.
